Step 1. Go to the Microsoft website, under the Create Windows 10 installation media, and click Download Now.
Step 2. Run the tool, then accept the terms.
Step 3. Select Create installation media for another PC, then click the Next button.
Step 4. Select the Language, Edition, and Architecture, then click the Next button.
Step 5. There are two options, USB flash drive and ISO file. Choose the one that you prefer and click the Next button.
In my case, I will choose a USB flash drive. Specify the USB flash drive you want to use, then click Next.
Step 6. The tool will start downloading the Windows 10 installation files and creating the bootable USB drive.
Step 7. Once it’s done, unplug the USB flash drive from the computer, plug it into your locked computer, and restart it.
Step 8. Open the boot options. Choose the USB flash drive from the list and hit Enter.
Step 9. When you see the Windows setup screen, press Shift + F10 to open Command Prompt.
Step 10. In Command Prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each one. Replace “d” with the letter where you have Windows installed on your device.
copy d:\windows\system32\sethc.exe d:\ copy /y d:\windows\system32\cmd.exe d:\windows\system32\sethc.exe
Step 11. Close Command Prompt, cancel the Windows setup, and restart your computer.
Step 12. When your computer restarts, press the Shift key 5 times at the Windows login screen to open Command Prompt as an administrator.
Step 13. In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter. (net user <username> “” ). Replace “<username>” with your local account user name. For example, net user Manual “”.
Step 14. Close Command Prompt and you can now login to your Windows without any password.
